Celestia validators have reduced the min mempool fee by 50x, so should posting blobs + Celestia txes should be way cheaper now (~$0.001 for an on-chain send, or ~$0.00002 for a ~200b rollup tx, or ~$0.10 per mb). Defaults were previously too conservative
